By accessing the Tribeca Website, you agree to accept, without limitation or qualification, all of these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions of Use, please exit the Tribeca Website immediately.
RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
USER GUIDELINES (RULES, RESTRICTIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS)
By using our service, you agree to abide by the following guidelines:

- Do not share offensive, harmful, or defamatory content.
- Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise disrupt our service.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others when using our platform.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and personal information.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall our company or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service; (d) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the service by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservations must be cancelled by 24 hours before the day of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.
- Cancellation policy of any reservations may vary depending on the room package/offers as per your booking and will be provided during and upon confirmation of booking.
- Any cancellation of your reservation made through booking.com shall comply with the applicable cancellation policy and applies to all reservations.
ARRIVAL DATE
The Arrival Date is the day you will check-in. The check-in time is 1500 hours/3pm. If possible, please include your flight details and arrival information. This helps us to prepare for your arrival.
DEPARTURE DATE
The Departure Date is the day you will check-out. The check-out time is 1200 hours/12 noon and 1100 hours/11am. Late check-outs up to 1800 hours/6pm will be subjected to a surcharge of 50% of the Best Available Rate. For any check-outs after 1800 hours/6pm, the full room charge will be imposed.
CHILDREN
Individuals 11 years of age and below are considered children.
MALAYSIA TOURISM TAX AND SALES & SERVICE TAX (SST)
- Tourism tax is applicable to Tribeca Serviced Hotels in Malaysia effective 1 January 2023, in compliance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017 of Malaysia. A Tourism Tax of RM10 (per room per night) will be imposed on ALL FOREIGN HOTEL GUESTS at Hotel. This Tourism Tax is in addition to the 6% Service Tax. This Tourism Tax will be reflected separately in the room bill. Tourism Tax is collected on behalf of the Ministry of Finance and the Royal Malaysian Customs Department and is mandatory by law. Please note that all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia will be required to produce their identity card upon check-in for exemption from Tourism Tax.
WHAT INFORMATION CAN I ACCESS?
Tribeca Website gives you access to your own profile, which you may access via login, i.e., your e-mail address and a self-defined password. You may, and we kindly ask you to do so, update that information, if required. Information about you that you may access are:
- Your Name, Address, and Contact Details
- Your Credit Card details that you previously used, of which only the last 4 digits of the number is shown at all times
WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS?
Your personal data will be managed by our dedicated Data Protection Team who will be happy to answer any concerns or queries you may have relating to the use or storage of your personal data. You have the right to access such data and to require a correction to any data, which is incorrect. Our Data Protection Officer can be contacted at booking@tribeca.net.my
